All our beef is sourced locally and matured for fuller flavour and tenderness.  Purchased as whole carcasses, we are able to bone and prepare on our premises from start to finish.


The majority of our beef are grazed locally through the summer months.  Once the autumn begins they are brought in and fed on a cereal and hay diet.  On this system they are ready for us around 2 years of age where we mature the beef for approximately 21 days.
